Rohrer & Klingner Lithographic Crayons
Rohrer & Klingner Litho Crayons are made of wax, tallow, and Syrian asphalt.
The crayons are available as a box of 12 in six degrees of hardness, 0 to 5, with No.0 being the softest, No.5 the hardest, and No.3 the most commonly applied lithographic crayon. Drawing with a hard crayon results in lighter, finer lines, especially when a smooth stone is used, whereas the soft crayon produces darker, thicker lines.
